Our installation teams are qualified certified water-proofers utilizing Prosoco brand liquid flashing materials. Focusing solely on window and door openings, we seal all joints and seams, then apply the first layer of liquid-applied flashing to the opening. A second encapsulation layer completely seals the door or window in the opening.

Additionally, our team coordinates with other subcontractors to ensure that the sheet metal pans and waterproofing (if we are not the ones doing it) are installed and integrated in accordance with our standards.
