The qualified candidate will be capable of working in a fast-paced environment, responding to deadlines for client requests, and preparing estimates. Responsible for working with our customers (typically general contractors) to reach a successful project from start to finish. They will furnish the necessary information and communicate with the CAD team in-house to deliver timely shop drawings and help guide the customer through the production and installation process. This candidate will organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success with organization and prioritization skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Travel to job sites required (in office and out of office work)
Work with General Contractors and internal team to produce great customer service, quality products, and installation
Manage communication between customers and the company
Assist with the residential building take-offs
Prepare estimates and work orders for the shop
Track project details, costs, and needs
Coordinate material deliveries and labor scheduling
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Five years of project coordination experience in residential or commercial construction, custom manufacturing, millwork, cabinetry, or related building products.
Experience coordinating projects from production through installation, including scheduling, customer communication, subcontractor coordination, and issue resolution.
Experience working with lumber and steel.
Ability to read construction plans/blueprints.
Able to prepare and interpret estimates and work orders.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills, customer service-oriented, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to build rapport with clients, remain calm, and be diplomatic.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in various stages simultaneously.
General mechanical aptitude, strong grasp of math, and use of measuring instruments.
Responsible and dependable, with good follow-through.
Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Door and window sales experience is a PLUS!
Experience working with door and window hardware is a PLUS!
Experience working with glass/specifications and grades.
Auto CAD knowledge and experience are a PLUS!

The applicant must be capable of developing professional drawings for our clients and our manufacturing team. Perform work in a high-production manufacturing facility and have the ability to follow directions and instructions, a team-player mindset, good communication skills, a commitment to safety rules, and be self-motivated.
Job description
Create and alter drawings using AutoCAD through all phases of a project
Collaborate with project coordinators and the design team on project drawings
Prepare submittal packages with supporting product information, details, and elevation drawings
Manage and organize the CAD drawing library for ongoing projects
Requirements & Qualifications
Proficient with AutoCAD software (AutoCAD 2018+)
Must have experience working with architectural and/or mechanical drafting.
Experience working with doors and windows is a PLUS.
Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
Ability to collaborate in a team environment with other design and manufacturing professionals.
Able to work on multiple projects at once.
Knowledge of Office 365 products: Word, Excel, etc.
Good grasp of mathematics, algebra, and geometry.
Great written and verbal communication skills via the use of platforms, email, phone, etc.
Ability to speak Spanish is a PLUS but not required.
Education & Experience

R.W. Shattuck, Inc is an established custom steel and wood door and window manufacturing company seeking a reliable and motivated Installer to join our team. The Installer will install custom doors, windows, frames, and hardware at customer and construction job sites and perform service and repair work as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Install custom steel and wood doors, windows, frames, and hardware.
Load, transport, unload, and handle installation materials, tools, and equipment.
Travel to job sites throughout California, with occasional out-of-state travel and overnight stays.
Read and follow blueprints, plans, specifications, and building codes.
Use power tools, hand tools, and measuring tools safely and effectively.
Measure, cut, and shape steel, wood, and other materials as needed.
Work safely on ladders and scaffolding.
Inspect work for accuracy, quality, and proper installation.
Maintain positive and professional relationships with install leads, contractors, customers, and co-workers.
Follow all company and job-site safety requirements.
Must be available to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Valid California driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
Valid automobile insurance meeting State and company requirements.
Reliable personal transportation suitable for travel to various job sites.
Ability and willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays and out-of-state travel.
Dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to perform physical work for extended periods, including standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, climbing ladders and scaffolding, and lifting and carrying materials and equipment up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
Construction or finish carpentry experience.
Experience installing windows and doors.
Knowledge and experience working with wood and steel.
Compensation & Schedule
Pay: $19.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
